Boys' Cross Country
2010 Preview
The 2010 Boys' Cross Country Team will rely on strong pack running in order to improve on last year's 19th place finish at the Carmel Semi-State. Six runners make up the team's nucleus: Srs. Steve Humes, Seth Harmon and Jacob McElroy, Jrs. Ben Susemichel and Nick Ader and Soph. Dan Buergler. In 2009 Buergler ran the fifth fastest time ever for a freshman and should push Harmon and Humes as the team's #1 runner. The seventh varsity spot looks to be a battle between Jrs. Blake Jahnke, Kevin Schoettle and Adam Luebbehusen along with Soph. Alex Alfery. Overall the team should be in competition to place at the top of many invitationals throughout the season and get close to a top 15 finish at Semi-State.
