Boys' Soccer
2009 Review
It was another solid season for the Roncalli Boys' Soccer Program. They compiled a record of 12-7. This team did a fantastic job this year considering it dealt with a coaching change and a change in style of play. The record started off with ups and downs but as the team became comfortable it ended with a five game winning streak. The team's great accomplishment came when they defeated Franklin Central to win their 4th straight sectional title and making it to a 3rd straight Regional Final. Boys' soccer also beat Center Grove this year for the first time. Ten players received All-State Academic nominations the most in the district. Individual accomplishments saw Jeff Keyler make the 1st Team All-District and Blake Stegemiller make the 2nd Team All-District Teams.
