It was a tremendous season for the Lady Rebel Golf Team. The Lady Rebels ended the season with a 167-9 record and were ranked #1 in the state for most of the season. Congratulations to Coach Bryan Hendricks and the girls! In September, after several regular season wins, including victories in the All-Catholic Invite, Western Invite, Franklin Central Invite and Hall of Fame Tourney, the Lady Rebel Golf Team took first place in the Marion County Tournament with a final team score of 312. Anna Gleixner was Medalist shooting a 73. Jamie Caylor tied for 3rd shooting a 78. The team captured their fourth consecutive Sectional Championship and sixth in seven years when they brought home the first place trophy at Sectionals. The girls tied a school record for the best 18 hole score with their 306 total. Junior Jamie Caylor was the individual Sectional Champion shooting a round of 71. The ladies earned the Regional Championship next. It came down to a close match tying with Carmel, but Roncalli prevailed. The Rebels finished the season with a fourth place finish at the IHSAA Girls Golf State Championships. Jamie Caylor was named All County and All State and also received the Mental Attitude Award. Anna Gleixner, Julie Traina, Catherine Gaughan and Coleen Gaughan were all named All County.
