Lucas Oil Stadium Event

What to wear (BLACK PANTS, CLOSED TOE SHOES, AND A T-SHIRT)

Pants must be plain black, ankle length and free of patches, rips, stains, patterns and fading. Baggy pants, tight fitting, spandex type materials, or sweat pants are not permitted. Blue jeans of any type will be refused by Centerplate, which is the company that runs the concessions at Lucas Oil stadium.

Closed toe shoes are to be worn. Sneakers are acceptable.

A t-shirt is appropriate to wear to the stadium, as a golf style collared shirt will be provided by Centerplate upon arrival at the concession stand inside the stadium. The golf shirt is returned to Centerplate at the end of the evening to be laundered.

Visors will be provided by Roncalli for you to wear at each event. These will be returned at the end of each event to Roncalli to be laundered. Hair longer than shoulder length should be pinned back.

What to bring (ID, ALCOHOL SERVING PERMIT (Small blue card), TIPS TRAINING CARD, AND INDIANA TRAINING SHEET)

Appropriate identification, such as a driver’s license should be brought to the stadium. If you have attained your alcohol serving permit, Indiana training sheet, and TIPS training card, bring these cards to display at check-in and throughout the event. Those who attended the training session on July 31st will NOT receive your cards in time for the first events. Roncalli will provide the necessary paperwork to secure your ability to serve alcohol if needed.

It is helpful to bring a pen, but not necessary. There is very little space in each stand for coats, purses, and the like. Please be frugal with what you bring. Each worker is provided one meal at every event in which you are working.

Event procedures

A map to the check-in building, northwest of the stadium, is provided on the back of this sheet. You will sign in, show your permits if you have them, and receive a bracelet to allow you past security and into Lucas Oil stadium. You will then proceed to the stadium entrance closest to the check-in building. After passing security, move to the West Club area, which is just inside the stadium entrance to the right. We will establish a “call time” for each event in which you will need to have signed in at the check-in building, and be in the West Club. We will take a bus from the back parking lot of Roncalli, departing 15 minutes prior to the call time for each event; and returning to the parking lot of Roncalli at the conclusion of the event.

Once in the West Club, you will receive your stand assignments for the event. Specific duties cannot be explained in one page, but know that during each event, hard work, patience, and a good sense of humor usually win the day. You will catch on quick to the expected duties. After the event, you will assist in cleaning the stand and preparing it for the next event.
