Meet the Medical Staff

Michael Sahm

Michael Sahm, LAT, ATC is the Rebel's Head Athletic Trainer. Mr. Sahm is entering his 20th year of sports medicine at RHS. Mr. Sahm is a graduate of Roncalli High School.  He continued his education at Valparaiso University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education while majoring in Athletic Training.  He is certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association, and licensed by the State of Indiana.  Mr. Sahm worked as a host committee member for both the 56th and 65th Annual NATA Meetings and Symposium.  He was also a featured speaker at the 2004 Indiana Athletic Trainers Association's Fall Symposium.  Mr. Sahm has been active with the Indiana Athletic Trainers' Association public relations committee.  He has also worked with such   national events as the Nike All-America Basketball Camp, USA Track and Field Championships, and the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships.  He recently worked the USA Cycling Masters Finals.  This past winter Mr. Sahm was a staff athletic trainer for the USA Football Team in the International Bowl.  Mr. Sahm and his wife, Susan, are members of St. Jude.



Sherry Molinar Manzelli

Sherry Molinar Manzelli, MS, LAT, ATC is back for her 4th  year from St. Vincent Sports Performance.  She is a 18 year SVSP veteran spending her first 6 years at Carmel High School and then the following 9 at Lawrence North.  She received her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Valparaiso University.  She has her Master’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer.  In 2003, she was named Athletic Trainer of the Year by the Indiana Athletic Trainers’ Association (IATA).  She has been very involved in her profession serving at the Student Program Chair for the annual IATA conference, teaching at the Ball State high school summer workshop and the Indiana Pacers summer workshop.  She taught anatomy & physiology at MedTech College and Medical Terminology at Franklin College.  She and her husband, Pete, live in Franklin Township with their son PJ and are members of St. Jude parish.



Sr. Cathy Anne Lepore 

Sr. Cathy Anne Lepore, O.S.B., (LAT, ATC, CSCS), will continue to assist the Roncalli Sports Medicine Team. She is entering her 16th year on our faculty in our religious studies department.  She comes to us from Marlboro, Massachusetts.  Sr. Cathy Anne received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Westfield State College, Massachusetts and completed her Masters Degree in Athletic Training at Indiana University. Sr. Cathy Anne is nationally certified and state licensed.  She will be assisting in injury treatment and rehabilitation during the week.
