Sophomore Retreat – R Great Roar

The sophomore retreat is a pilgrimage to the Sisters of Providence and the Shrine of St. Mother Theodore Guerin in Terre Haute, Indiana. Sophomores will travel from Roncalli to Terre Haute to experience firsthand the life experiences of St. Mother Theodore Guerin. They will see sites where she taught, lived and worshiped, as well as spend time in prayer at her tomb. Students will see the Blessed Sacrament Chapel for the Sisters of Providence and see the National Shrine for Our Lady of Providence.

Junior Retreat – Formed & Freed

Roncalli is proud to partner with Marian University for this meaningful one-day retreat experience. Students are encouraged to sign up for one of the junior retreat days held on the campus of Marian University.

Retreat Theme: In reflecting on how the world labels us as men and women, juniors will hear keynotes, work in small groups, and participate in prayer opportunities that lead us to discover the freedom in knowing that we don’t have to choose our identity; our identity is already formed in Christ.

Senior Retreat – Christian Awakening

Since 1978, Roncalli has offered seniors the chance to participate in the Senior Christian Awakening Retreat. This retreat focuses on the student’s relationship with God, others, and his/her self. This retreat is one of the best gifts that we can offer to our seniors before they transition into a new phase of life. A beloved tradition, seniors are encouraged to sign up for one of the senior retreats held throughout the year at Camp Allendale in Trafalgar.
