Military Connected Students & Families

Through its mission, Roncalli High School pledges to “provide, in concert with parents, parish, and community, an educational opportunity which seeks to form Christian leaders in body, mind, and spirit.” Our school recognizes an opportunity to work towards this mission through intentional service and commitment to those individuals in the Roncalli community who have served in our country’s military and their families.

Today, over one million Americans are bravely serving in the United States Armed Services, which includes the more than 19,000 Indiana Hoosiers who have actively served their nation away from home. Students with family members and loved ones in the military face a unique set of challenges as they encounter family separation through deployments, reintegration issues, and other problems that arise.

If you or your family is in need of military-related assistance, please contact the Guidance Department. You can contact your student’s School Counselor or email sfreck@roncalli.org
